Biography of Paul William Bradley

Paul W. Bradley has been involved in international business for almost two decades, including 14 years in Asia. He has established new business entities in China, South East Asia, and the United States. His specialization includes global supply chain management, international marketing, strategic planning, and public policy. He currently serves as President of Arshhiya Technologies International, a publicly listed Indian multinational company focusing on demand chain management, global outsourcing services and innovative technologies. Prior to his current role, he served as Managing Director of IDS Logistics International (a member of the Li & Fung Group of companies).

Mr. Bradley received his Masters of Business Administration Degree in International Management from Thunderbird, The Garvin School of International Management. He has also completed the Asia Securities Executive Program from the Asian Institute of Management and the Wharton School of Business, and participated in Stanford Universities Knexus Program. He is a Certified Professional Logistician (CPL) and was elected a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport. Mr. Bradley was recently selected by the World Economic Forum as one of the forty "New Asian Leaders" at an award ceremony presented by His Majesty King Abdullah II of Jordan in Langkawi, Malaysia. He was selected as "Asian Supply Chain Manager of the Year" by Lloyds FTB Publications in 2004.

With diverse experiences in the shipping, logistics and supply chain management arenas, Mr. Bradley has held several key leadership positions in various multi-national organizations, including IDS Logistics International (part of the Hong Kong based Li & Fung Group), NYK Line (part of the Mitsubishi Group of Japan), BDP Asia Pacific (part of the BDP International Group of the United States)/the HAVI Group, and American President Lines, and has served on numerous government/business advisory committees. He has also published key articles in supply chain management and e-commerce in Asia and Europe. He has served on the ANERA and TSA Shipping Line Conferences, the Executive Council of the Hong Kong Liner Shipper's Association, the ECR Asia Executive Council, and the Business Advisory Council on Logistics for the Singapore Trade Development Board. Mr. Bradley is currently an Asia Pacific Council Member of the Thunderbird, Garvin School of International Management Alumni Association. He has also been appointed to the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport in Singapore and the Advisory Council of Supply Chain Asia.

Prior to his involvement in the logistics industry, Mr. Bradley served as a Congressional Assistant to U.S. Senator Paul Laxalt in the United States Senate, Parliamentary Assistant to Member of Parliament Geoff Lawler in the British House of Commons, and served on the Presidential Inaugural Committee for both the Reagan and Bush (senior) administrations. He received the Gold Certificate of Appreciation from President Ronald Reagan for service in the 1980 campaign.

Mr. Bradley has lectured on international relations, e-commerce, and supply chain management throughout Asia, Europe, and the United States.
